Why does the shopping cart time
out after 20 minutes?
Because it is possible for two people to have the same item in
their shopping cart at the same time the shopping cart will
automatically time out if you have been inactive for more than 20min to
try and reduce the possibility of two people purchasing the same item.
-
Why must all items now be paid for at the time of
ordering?
In the past our stock pile system was highly
abused. We cannot afford to have people order thousands of dollars worth
of items and stock pile them for a year before deciding to cancel the
order. We need a constant cash flow to purchase new stock, just like any
other business.
-
Why is the cost of shipping not automatically added to
the order?
We do not force you to use only one method of
shipping. We can ship to you with any service that you choose. After we
have packed and weighed your final order we will help you decide which
is the cheapest and most effective method of shipping for your unique
location and situation.

Can I still get a Private Page?
If there is enough call for it, we
may re-institute private pages in the near future.
-
How do I review the completed orders in my Stockpile?
Go to http://www.toprocks.com/MyToprocks/ and enter
your email and password. Here you will be able to see each order
individually or you can view all the items ordered as a single list.
-
How long may I stockpile before sending a request to
pack and send?
Due to storage constraints we have a limit of 6 months per stockpile
-
Can I get a "hard copy" catalogue mailed to me?
No - our website is our catalogue.
Due to the large number of 1-of-a-kind items we have, a printed
catalogue would become outdated within days.
-
Are there any bulk
discounts?
For large quantities discount is
negotiable and discount can be taken off of the shipping charges at the
point of packing and sending. If you order more than 9 of any of
our "General Stock Items" then a discount will automatically
be created.

I paid by credit card in
dollars - why is the number on my receipt so high
Your receipt
is in South African Rands. The dollar is a higher currency than the
Rand. Therefore one Dollar is equal to many Rands.
