Payment

1. All items are paid for at the time of ordering via, VISA, American Express or Master Card.

3. Our general terms and conditions regarding payment and shipping hold true for special orders as well.

4. Shipping costs are not calculated or added at the time of placing an order. You will receive your shipping costs in a separate invoice prior to shipping which must be paid before we ship your order.
