PRODUCT INFORMATION

General Description

Killer malachite with fan and blade like crystallisation habit, with crystalline gemmy green emerald dioptase! These are some sexy very collectible specimens! This is a new batch of fairly small specimens, but very accessible and very collectible. All selected for quality! Don't miss out, when these pockets are finished, how many more decades will we be waiting. Generally Speaking - Brazzaville unveiled a treasure trove of extra-large Museum-quality Dioptase specimens, marking a significant event in mineral discovery. These pristine crystals astonished enthusiasts with their gem-like quality, boasting a brilliant emerald green hue and adorned with bright, gemmy yellow Mimetite crystals and captivating botryoidal hollow domes of Dioptase. Tantara emerged around 2020, unveiling its distinct character with Dioptase crystals exhibiting a diverse range of textures and formations. Though less gemmy than the Brazzaville specimens, Tantara's Dioptase continues to captivate with its striking emerald green hue. These discoveries have led to a renaissance in the discovery of collector and museum-grade Dioptase specimens across Africa in recent years, surpassing even the remarkable findings of Tsumeb, Namibia. Our collection offers a rare batch of "Affordable" specimens from the 2024 mini pocket discovery, providing a wider range of clients the opportunity to own these coveted treasures. While large specimens remain exceedingly rare and command massive prices, our smaller pieces are meticulously graded to the highest standards by Nick, who brings over 35 years of expertise with this remarkable material. Price is grade dependant. Items are as shown.
