Chrysoprase is a gemstone variety of Chalcedony (a cryptocrystalline form of Silica) that contains small quantities of Nickel. Material from Madagascar is mined in two localities, namely, Tulear and Ambatondrazaka. Chrysoprase's color is normally apple-green, but varies to deep green. We often get stunning Chrysoprase polished items across a range of shapes from Madagascar. Expertly polished lovely finish. Amazing line of rare polished things.
