These Smokey Quartz, offer a glimpse into the rich mineral diversity found within the massif. Exhibiting varying shades of optic to near optic smokey grey and darker more morion tones. These crystals present a range of habits and formations, from single prismatic crystals to complex clusters. While other minerals may occur in minor quantities, Smokey Quartz reigns supreme as the predominant species in Mulanje. These specimens provide collectors and enthusiasts with a rare opportunity to acquire a piece of Malawi's geological legacy.
