¡Jozini es uno de los pocos lugares en Sudáfrica que tiene geodas de amatista! Suelen ser en su mayoría circulares y un pequeño porcentaje son especímenes cristalinos más complejos, parecidos a vugs. La amatista presenta en ocasiones inclusiones de goethita. ¡La intensidad del color varía desde el amatista pálido hasta el oscuro! Quizás no sea tan bonito como el material de Kwaggafontein, ¡pero sí muy atractivo! A veces es mejor cortar para mostrar o eliminar el exceso de matriz. ¡La minería en la región siempre ha sido un desafío! El precio depende del grado.
